Every book edge is handmade to order, which means things take a little time — but it also means your copy is one of a kind. Here’s how it all works:

Processing & Production

Made to order: Standard turnaround is 1–3 weeks.

Custom designs: Add about a week for design approvals before we paint.

Multiple books: If you order more than one, they ship together when the last book is finished.

Rush requests: Reach out before ordering — extra fees may apply.

Our process includes prepping the book, painting, quality checks, and packaging with bookish extras before shipping out.

Shipping

Method: We ship USPS Media Mail with tracking (affordable, reliable for books).

Timing: 2–8 business days in the U.S., longer for Canada or international orders.

Responsibility: Once USPS scans your package, delivery is in their hands. We’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed mail — but we’ll help with claim info if needed.

Addresses: Please double-check your address at checkout. If we’ve already printed your label, changing it costs $10.

Refunds & Returns

All sales are final. Because each book is custom and painted just for you:

No refunds for color variations or natural handmade quirks.

No refunds for shipping delays.

No refunds if you change your mind after ordering.

Our Quality Promise

If we make a clear mistake (like wrong design, wrong colors, or not matching your approved concept), we’ll remake your order at no cost. To qualify:

Let us know within 7 days of delivery.

Send photos of the issue.

Return the book so we can fix it (we’ll cover the return shipping).

Normal variations — like slight paint bleed, monitor color differences, or a page or two needing extra separation — aren’t considered defects.

Design Approvals

For custom orders:

We’ll share a concept and give you time to approve.

Once you approve, production starts and changes can’t be made.

Design approval = final sale.

If Shipping Goes Wrong

Lost package? Check tracking first, then file a USPS claim. We’ll share any info they need.

Damaged in transit? Take photos, keep packaging, and file a claim with USPS. We’ll support the process as much as we can.
